Eligibility
To use Linxx, you must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
Account Registration
You must create an account to use certain features. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your login credentials secure.
Your Responsibilities
You agree not to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Use the platform for any fraudulent or unauthorized purpose
- Misrepresent yourself or your credentials
- Interfere with the operation of the platform
Platform Role
Linxx acts as a marketplace connecting brands and ambassadors. We do not employ users or guarantee job outcomes. All engagements are independent agreements between the parties.
Payments
Payments to brand ambassadors are facilitated via third-party services such as Plaid. Linxx is not responsible for payment disputes between users unless caused by a platform issue
Content
You retain rights to content you submit (e.g., bios, photos), but grant Linxx a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it for platform purposes (e.g., profile visibility, marketing materials with consent).
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the platform.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Linxx and Leon Y Sol, Inc. are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of California. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, CA.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
