We use the information collected to:
- Create and manage your account
- Match brand ambassadors with brands
- Communicate updates and opportunities
- Improve the Linxx platform experience
We may also use anonymized or aggregated data for analytical purposes.
Data Sharing
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except in the following cases:
- To brands using the Linxx platform who are seeking talent
- To service providers supporting our platform operations (e.g., hosting, authentication via Twilio, or payments via Plaid)
- When required by law

We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect your data. While we take precautions, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
Your Rights
How to Delete Your Account
If you’d like to delete your profile and all associated account information from our app, please follow the steps below:
Send an email to our support team at hola@linxx.ai with the subject line "Account Deletion Request."
In your message, include the phone number associated with your account so we can verify your identity.
Our team will process your request and confirm once your data has been permanently removed. This typically takes 3–5 business days.
Please note: Once your account is deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
Children’s Privacy
Our platform is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy periodically. When we do, we’ll revise the "Last updated" date and may notify you if the changes are significant.
